Michael Facendo, PresidentMichael Facendo, President/Owner of Facendo Associates Inc., has been a resident in South Florida for over 20 years. He attended Dowling College from 1984 - 1987, where he received a 4-years Bachelor of Science/Economics degree. Facendo is a state certified appraiser, and has been appraising for over 17 years in residential and investment properties, condo conversions, draw inspections, reviews, proposed construction, condominiums and mobile homes. Michael Facendo is qualified as an expert witness for Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach courts and for the Federal Bankruptcy Court in Miami.
